When the equipment purchased by the customer malfunctions or requires technical support, the customer can call the service hotline. Our company has professional technicians who will provide online guidance and troubleshooting. If the issue cannot be resolved online, our customer service engineer will contact the customer within 4 hours to inform them of the solution.

If the problem cannot be resolved through telephone guidance from the engineer, our company will arrange for an engineer to provide on-site service within 48 hours of the customer's repair request.
"Three Guarantees" and Free Warranty Period
According to relevant national laws and regulations, the calculation method for the "Three Guarantees" period of commercial display products is as follows: The "Three Guarantees" period begins from the date when the delivery, installation, and commissioning are all completed as agreed upon by the seller and the consumer. For products that do not require delivery, installation, or commissioning, the period begins from the date when the purchase and sale contract is signed.
II. On-site Installation Service
Our company does not provide free on-site installation or commissioning services. If the product you purchased includes installation services, please make an appointment for on-site installation within 3 days of receiving the product. Our installation engineer will arrive at the designated time to provide on-site installation and usage guidance services.
Note: Before the installation engineer arrives, please prepare the installation site, provide an environment suitable for installing the display device, and reserve the necessary resources and materials such as power supply, network cable, HDMI, etc.
III. About Paid Maintenance Services
If the product exceeds the warranty period specified by our company or the malfunction or damage is caused by situations not covered by the warranty service, the customer can choose paid maintenance services. The specific charging standards will be agreed upon by both parties based on the fault phenomenon and the distance of the on-site visit.
IV. Non-warranty Scope
(1) Damage caused by the consumer's failure to operate according to the instructions and improper use and storage;
(2) No "Three Guarantees" certificate and valid invoice;
(3) The content on the "Three Guarantees" certificate does not match the actual product identification or has been altered;
(4) Damage caused by force majeure (such as lightning strikes, high voltage, and other natural disasters);
(5) Unauthorized disassembly of the machine by our after-sales engineers or authorized personnel will not be covered by warranty;
(6) Beyond the warranty period.
